"Good Chicken Broth", or "I Made a Video!"

You all know that I make my own chicken broth. I talk about it here. (Only this time I made it in the crock pot overnight. So easy!) Well, today when I pulled my latest batch out of the fridge, I was met with a pleasant surprise:
